Still terrific after almost a year! It allows me to open, close or stop the gate with my phone. It lets me know when the gate is opened or closed. I wish I could set the gate, via phone, to STAY open or closed, but if you do it right, wait for the gate to start closing and STOP it real quick and it will stay another trigger! Overall, it is good and works!
