The screw-driven action is powered by a 24 Volt DC motor, eliminating concerns about hydraulic leaks, check valves, or pumps. This actuator-only package provides the gate arm without a control box, perfect for installations where you already have a compatible DoorKing control box or prefer to order one separately.
