    Poor shipping

    Don't misunderstand the review. The product is a five star system, however the shipping box was damaged in several places and a component on the logic board was loose as a result of the rough handling. I'm surprised as UPS is usually a careful shipping company. Perhaps you could reach out to them and share this with them, I know they are professional and this information will only help them improve their service. PSS staff should get 6 Stars for their service and friendly help , (MS) I'm referring to you. Thank you for the opportunity to provide this feedback.

    gate opener/board

    we installed it and is not working. The main control board is a failure one. trying to get a new one....long process and I still don't know if it will work correctly. Kind a disappointed at this time.
