For them to be specially programmed, you would actually need the 318LIPW1K-HID. We would need the FC# and starting sequence# in order to have the manufacturer program them.

It sounds like you are looking for the 318LIPW1K-HID. These come in a box and are programmed with your facility code and sequential order once you provide us with a starting#. I can't recall what is imprinted on the back, but I will look into that for you and be back in touch.
