Question asked: I have bought two of your gate openers and within three months they both failed . I bought one and it work for three months bought another and the same thing happened. I had one for five years and my wife's still works don't know if I received a refurbished one's or not but what could be causing these to stop after three months ? I have changed the batteries but it came to a point that I would have to push the reset button and then the open button and then it would open. Then after doing that eventually they would stop working. So I could use some help on what might be going on. Thank you for your help

It's difficult to say for certain, what exactly is going on. But we never sell used or refurbished. It is possible it is your radio receiver that is having the issue.
