How It Works

When an emergency vehicle approaches your property, it uses a special strobe light to transmit a continuously flashing optical signal. The TOMAR 2795-2 STROBESWITCH™ receives this signal, verifies the correct format, and activates a relay to open your security gate or barrier. The system works by direct line-of-sight and operates effectively in all lighting and weather conditions without interference from other light sources like flashlights, emergency vehicle lighting systems, or flashing signs.
