Shopping experience was very smooth. I received my item the very next day, as I had requested, and my questions were answered promptly through the chat window on the website. The problem ended up being in the ground loop but one of the single channel boards had fried anyways , so it was a good thing I got the dual channel. Once the ground loops are replaced, I'm confident the new dual channel board will be much more efficient.
