What's an approximate install time for this unit? (DoorKing 1601-380 Barrier Arm)? Any special skills needed?
That will depend on your "handy" skills. The best way to gauge it is to look at the manual and see the process. In a nutshell, you bolt the machine to a concrete pad and attach the arm to it. From there it's programming and installation of the accessories such as underground sensors, above ground sensors, remotes, intercoms, keypad etc.
Does this come with a remote control push button for vehicles? How much are extra ones? Can this unit have electronic keypad accessory & how much is that?
Yes.
