We installed two 1601-381 barrier arm openers that we purchased here in 2022 at a site we service. They have hit the arms so many times that they really need to do something. I was looking at the 1601-295 breakaway kit. It appears that they only work with octagonal arms? The current setup uses 1601-516 arms and we have since purchased spares for them. Is it true that these are not compatible? If so, what would be the appropriate replacement? Thank you.
